However, combining the CEM ORACLE with the SMART 6 Moisture & Solids Analyzer enables comprehensive analysis of fat, moisture, and solids in under 5 minutes. The SMART 6 utilizes dual-frequency energy to rapidly analyze moisture/solids in any product, wet or dry, in approximately 3 minutes.

Unlike traditional fat-testing methods such as Soxhlet or Mojonnier, the Oracle uses 100% fat-only detection with Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) technology.
