Return & Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. No returns will be accepted outside of the 14-day window.

 

What is your refund policy for new instruments?

Because new products that are opened cannot be resold at full value, all new instruments that are returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will receive your refund once the instrument is returned in the original packaging with all the original accessories. If you ordered the wrong instrument or received a different product than you ordered, please contact us before or on the day of delivery.

 

What is your refund policy for used items?

Because used instruments are sometimes sold out of the original packaging or with different parts, we do not charge a restocking fee. Every used instrument comes with a 14-day trial period in which you may use and test it to ensure it is in working order. Please note that some of our used items are sold as-is, and will not be available for returns.

 

What if my instrument is damaged, lost, or stolen? 

We insure all of our packages with the delivery provider. If your package arrives damaged, is lost, or stolen, please file a claim with the delivery provider. LIS does not take responsibility for damages that occur during transit.

 

How to Return a New or Used Item

If you are returning a new or used instrument, be sure to include the original packaging and accessories that came with it. Before shipping the instrument, let us know its condition. If the instrument is damaged, lost, or stolen before arriving back to us, we will not be able to give you a refund. As a precaution, please consider insuring your package with the delivery provider before shipping it.
