The CEM Smart Trac Microwave Moisture/Solids analyzer is an instrument that measures moisture and fat in food products.
It is expandable with the optional ProFat” software and therefore provides added functionality.
The system will sample results in as little as 2 minutes, making it fast and efficient.
The instrument improves process control at your site with various pre-programmed methods.
It employs user friendly software which stores 100 methods and 300 test results for improved workflow efficiency.
The device provides durable use at the processing line or in the laboratory assuring many years of reliable operation.
The unit complies with AOAC Official Methods 985.14, 985.26 and 2008.6 and offers precise measurement of various liquids, solids and slurries therefore serving multiple product lines.

The CEM Smart Trac components include a microwave drying chamber, an electronic balance and a 1/4 VGA black and white screen.
The device also has an infrared temperature controller, microprocessor and an internal impact printer.
An Octawave” cavity in this instrument delivers energy directly to the sample and uses only 300 watts of microwave energy, making it energy efficient.
This microwave moisture analyzer provides the option of infrared temperature measurement which adds to its flexibility.
The unit employs a 50 gram four-place analytical balance, three safety interlock switches and a flame detector automatically cuts-off power.
The Smart Trac can be set to multiple languages including English, German, Spanish, and French.
