Shipping & Delivery
Standard Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on most of our instruments. If the item is too large or heavy to ship via ground service, we will ship it via freight.
Overnight & Second Day Shipping: Overnight and second-day delivery are available for most products at an additional fee. Items designated to ship overnight or second-day must be placed before 1 p.m. EST to be fulfilled in time.
Processing Time: All orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday. If we cannot ship your order within 1 to 3 business days, or if the product you’ve requested is on backorder, we will call to notify you. *All calibration weights will take approximately 20 to 30 days to ship, as these are made to order.*
Standard Delivery Time: Most items will be delivered within 5-7 business days. If the item you’ve requested is on backorder or needs to be shipped using freight, please account for extended delivery times.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do ship internationally.
What carriers do you ship with? We ship most orders with UPS, but may ship some packages via USPS or FedEx.
